Annette Stover,
Broker In Charge
Annette the current owner of United
Country/Country Lane’s Real Estate. |
|
|
She has been in Real Estate since
2000 and been working with United family from the beginning. She
and her husband had a hard to sell property and after doing what
most people do (list their home with other real estate
companies) their home still had not sold after 3 years.
She then made the move to list with United and the home sold in
less then 6 months. Action speaks louder then words with most
people and that was the case with Annette. Her passion is
her family and work. She works very hard to find her
clients that perfect property, then works to get it finalized so
that it goes very smooth for both buyer and seller.
She is very attentive to people's needs and feelings.
"There isn't a better feeling than
to sell a home to a newly
married couple or a single first time buyer." Annette
enjoys
seeing the look on their face when she tells them the
deal is complete and they are now the proud owner of their new
home. She says it just doesn't get any better than that!
She prides herself in listening to people and understanding from
the very first meeting what it is they are looking for, but most
importantly what they can afford.
Annette is the proud owner and hopes to build an already
thriving business into a bigger and better company. She
also enjoys the challenge of listing and selling commercial
properties. Some of the properties she likes to specialize in,
besides residential would
be mobile home parks big or small,
multi family units not a problem either, maybe a bowling alley
or convenience store? They can be found too!
Whatever it is you are looking for, she knows where to go to
find that property. |

My name is
Socket, I am a toy poodle Black & red (phantom color) and I am
7 months old, I was born on March 4th, 2007. I have only been
with United Country, Country Lanes Real Estate since May 6th
2007, that is when my mommy Annette Stover gave me a new home,
she then enrolled me into Doggy Day School at Possum Hollow so
I would be a good boy at Country Lanes Real Estate. I have
recently Graduated with Honors and mind very well. I had to do
this training so I could stay in the office all day with my
Mommy and the rest of the staff. They only allow me to
greet you when I am told I can. When we have visitors I get
very excited because I love people and people love me too! I
am so cute and loveable! My mommy owns Country Lanes Real
Estate But, I Run the office just ask anyone, I also have the
run of the office when we don't have visitors. I am pretty
spoiled by both my parents and all of our sale's associates
here at the office. I look forward to seeing you when you
stop by our office and remember the name is Socket, please
make it a point to say hi me while visiting.
